Readings

What types of questions should I to bring to a session? You may ask anything that’s on your mind – whether of a personal or business nature. I prefer questions to be focused on the present because we are creating our future with our present intentions, decisions and actions. If you ask a question such as, “What will happen to me in the future?” I will rephrase it as, “How are your current intentions, decisions and actions aligned with your soul’s intention?” I’m not a medical intuitive, so I cannot diagnose illness. I can, however, read into the emotional or karmic causes of illness and help you shift to a healthier state.

Do I need to provide any information about myself before my reading? My preference is to not know anything about you in advance. I need no information at the start of the session other than your name.

How much interaction is there during a session? Readings are conversational and interactive, but I prefer to do most of the talking for the first half of an initial session while I’m getting to know your energy field. You may ask or contribute anything at any time during your session if it comes up. I particularly want to know if something I’ve said is inaccurate; it could be that another person’s energy, perhaps someone you’re emotionally close with, is in your ‘space’. But you will get the most benefit out of a session if I can do a thorough reading of your energy before we delve into specifics.

How often should I get a reading? It’s entirely up to you. Some people like to schedule a session once every year or two; others call when they are facing important transitions and desire insight, guidance, and support. Some have regular weekly readings to help them through crises or major transitions. In such cases, it’s often convenient to set up a retainer (see Appointments and Payments).

How can a reading help me?
In a sense, a reading provides you with access to your Self. You will gain validation, certainty, increased clarity in areas of inner conflict, and understanding of unconscious issues that affect your health, relationships, and well-being. You’ll come away with simple exercises and techniques you can use on your own. Many people experience tremendous healing from simply being seen for who they really are. An intuitive reading can make Spirit real and experiential.

What happens during a reading?
I start by describing the main issues you’re facing at present, then examine the historical cause-and-effects and help you work through blockages to fulfillment. My systematic approach allows us to gain a comprehensive understanding of your issues. I’m available to help when need clarity, or when you’re listening to your intuition but you can’t determine whether the messages you’re getting are from the deepest part of you or from a less helpful place. An intuitive reading with me, by its very nature, connects me with your inner Being during our session. My skill is in perceiving your Soul – your deepest identity and intentions – and then communicating your Soul’s messages to you in a way that’s meaningful and relevant to your life and understanding. I do this in a very grounded and practical way, making sure during each session that you remain grounded, as well.

How is a reading conducted?
All my sessions are conducted on the phone, by appointment. I can provide either an .mp3 file or CD of our session. The length of the first reading is 1.5 hours for humans, and any length (up to 1.5 hours) for animals. Subsequent readings can be of any length up to 90 minutes.

How is it possible to read my energy over the phone? Phone readings are just as effective as in-person readings. Unlike sensory data, nonphysical information is not subject to the limitations of time and space.

Are you a medical intuitive? I am not a medical intuitive, but I can see the emotional causes of disease and help with some energetic clearing and practical suggestions for healing. I sometimes provide referrals to various health practitioners if I believe it would be beneficial for you.

Do you read the future, or past lives? I prefer to focus on what is happening presently, beyond conscious awareness. I stay focused on the present moment and see what you as a Spirit are creating for your future. The present is where creative change takes place and where we connect to our Being and to All That Is.

• If paying by check or money order, I will provide my mailing address when we arrange our appointment.

• It’s best if you are in a quiet environment with minimal distractions, and sitting upright if physically possible.
• Immediately after the session, I will email you an .mp3 recording (included). If you prefer, I will send a CD recording of our session via US Mail ($15 additional fee).

All information that you share with me during a session is strictly confidential. I will never contact you other than to arrange our session, and I will never share your information with anyone for any reason. If you are concerned about a third party obtaining the recording from your email, I can send the email to a private address. If that is not possible, I can load the recording on a CD and mail to you for an additional $15.
